The Greenville Swamp Rabbits and Los Angeles Kings have announced an extension of their affiliation agreement, extending their partnership through the 2025-26 season.
The Kings and Swamp Rabbits initially began working together during the 2021-22 season as the leagues worked their way back from the COVID-affected years, with Greenville having working agreements with both LA and the Florida Panthers.
Beginning with the 2022-23 season, the Kings became the single and official affiliate for the Swamp Rabbits, with that partnership continuing forward. Quoted in the Greenville release, Swamp Rabbits Head Coach/General Manager Andrew Lord stated, “We couldn’t be more excited to continue what’s worked so well. We’re grateful for the Los Angeles Kings for extending this partnership we have.”
